US orders

We're happy to ship orders to the US, but please note that most of our products are UK spec. Some electrical products (turntables, for instance) may not work in the US even with a voltage convertor. In addition, we're unable to export some items. We reserve the right to issue a full refund if you order online an item which we're unable to export.

Contact us You may wish to email us or call us at 011 44 1225 478400 before ordering. Our phone lines are open Mondays through Saturdays, from 9 AM to 6 PM (UK time). Here in the UK, it's now 4:32 PM on Friday, 10 September.

Save on sales tax We suggest you register (if you're already registered, log in using the log-in form on our home page). When you do, prices on this website will be displayed without value-added tax (VAT), a 17.5% sales tax that doesn't apply to export orders. In effect, Her Majesty's Customs and Excise are giving you a hefty discount on purchases here.

Convert prices to US dollars All sales are charged in UK pounds sterling. To estimate dollar prices, use this currency convertor. Of course, the actual dollar price of your purchase will be determined by your credit card company.

Delivery We'll do everything we can to make delivery of your purchase as smooth as if you'd ordered it from within the US. We usually ship US orders within three working days. Whenever possible, we'll email you with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery charges are explained on our delivery and returns page.

US import duties You will be responsible for paying US import duty and any other relevant tax. In practice, duty is rarely charged on small packages with a value under $1000, but we can't guarantee that you won't pay duty. US Customs rules on internet purchases apply.
