About us

We're based in a converted early Victorian school in the centre of the beautiful Georgian town of Bath. Our contact details are below on the left.

We are authorised dealers for all products we sell, with the exception of some items in our Demos and used section. Every product offered on this website as new is indeed new, with full UK spec and full manufacturer's warranty—no "grey imports", no seconds, no "graded" stock.

Although we're not a high-street shop, we do welcome visitors (we probably have the best audition space in the UK). We do ask, however, that you phone us if you'd like to drop by, to make sure that we have available the components you wish to audition. We have a small selection of products here, generally at the higher end of our ranges.

Our telephone lines (0800 043 6710) are open Mondays through Saturdays, from 9 AM to 6 PM (BST). Because we're located in the UK, there's some overlap in working hours with both European countries and the US. Here in the UK, it's now 8:09 AM on Wednesday, 20 August.
