The Clearaudio Solution is not only an elegant and superb turntable on
its own, it's also the first step in an upgrade path to the awesome Clearaudio
Maximum Solution. The Solution shares with its bigger siblings a three-pointed
star-shaped base, designed to minimise resonance, maximise stability, and
provide a platform for a one-, two-, or even three-tonearm vinyl front end.
As with all Clearaudios, the motor is separate, housed in a massive
stainless steel cylinder, driving a special Clearaudio belt to rotate the
platter. The turntable itself is constructed of high quality stainless
steel and acrylic, machined and hand-crafted to highly precise tolerances.
Platter is 30 mm in depth.
Buy the Solution now, and when you're ready, you can easily and
economically upgrade to the Master Solution or the Maximum Solution. The
Solution is available with a base of
clear or black acrylic at the standard price. In addition, a clear or black
acrylic AMG (acrylic sandwiched between aluminium plates) or wood AMG
(high-gloss plywood made under such intense pressure that it's bulletproof,
sandwiched between aluminium plates) base is available at extra cost.
