The Clearaudio Emotion was described by Hi-Fi Choice as "a stunning looking record player for a very reasonable price." Stunning it is, but photos simply don't do the Emotion justice. In the flesh, this beauty looks waaaay more expensive than it is.
The Emotion comes complete with the excellent
Satisfy tonearm and
Aurum Classics moving-magnet cartridge. The chassis is made of GS-acrylic and aluminium, a composite construction chosen for its mechanical and acoustic properties. The frosted acrylic 20 mm thick platter is driven via a special material drivebelt by a motor decoupled from the chassis, and the whole unit sits on three acrylic cones, connected with stainless steel studs.
Two speeds (33 and 45 rpm) are selected by changing the pulley position of the
drivebelt. The least expensive unit in the Clearaudio range, the Emotion shares the high-end pedigree of its bigger brethren, wonderful to look at, and wonderful to listen to.

normally supplied boxed and unmounted, but we'd be happy to mount and align
it in the tonearm. This service is free and highly recommended, as it's the
