Privacy policy

Our privacy policy is simple: we won't share your personal information with any third party under any circumstances. In addition, we don't store your credit card information.

We ask for your email address in order to communicate with you about any order you may place with us. For example, we'll need to email you confirmation of your order, and a tracker number for delivery.

We'll email you our newsletter only if you sign up for it—of course, you'll be able to cancel at any time.

You can always update or delete your personal information on our web site. Simply enter your email and password in the Authentication box on the left of the Gear page and you'll be able to edit or change anything you like. If at any time you would like us to delete your personal information on file, or if you have any comments or queries, just email us or call us on 0800 043 6710.

Our telephone lines are open Mondays through Fridays, from 10 AM to 6 PM (BST). Because we're located in the UK, there's some overlap in working hours with both European countries and the US. Here in the UK, it's now 8:37 AM on Friday, 18 May.
