Other export orders

We're happy to ship orders to most countries, but please note that most of our products are UK spec. In addition, we're unable to export some items. We reserve the right to issue a full refund if you order online an item which we're unable to export.

Save on sales tax We suggest you register (if you're already registered, log in using the log in form on our home page). When you do, prices on this website will be displayed without value-added tax (VAT), a 17.5% sales tax that doesn't apply to exports outside the European Union. In effect, Her Majesty's Customs and Excise are giving you a hefty discount on purchases here.

Convert prices to your currency All sales are charged in UK pounds sterling. To estimate prices in your currency, use this currency convertor. Of course, the actual price in your currency will be determined by your credit card company at the time of your purchase.

Delivery We'll do everything we can to make delivery of your purchase as smooth as if you'd ordered it from within your own country. We usually ship export orders within three working days. Whenever possible, we'll email you with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery charges are explained on our delivery and returns page.

Import duties You will be responsible for paying any import duty or other relevant tax. Please check with your country's customs authority for information.
