How to order

Whichever of the following ordering methods you choose, please note that we never store your credit/debit card details.

Online Completely secure — please see our security page for details. When you see an item that you wish to buy, click Add to cart and continue shopping.

When you're ready to complete your purchase, click at the top right to view the items you've chosen. After you've reviewed and updated your order, click Checkout. Safe, convenient, fast, and easy! Note that you will be asked to create a customer ID process, which simply involves entering your contact and credit/debit card details.

If you wish, you can give yourself a password, which will store your details (but not your credit/debit card details) under a customer profile. If you do, you'll be able to log in with your email address and password on future visits to Cool Gales, ensuring that VAT and delivery charges (if any) will be correctly displayed for you.
