EU orders

We're happy to ship orders to European Union countries, but please note that most of our products are UK spec. In addition, we're unable to export some items. We reserve the right to issue a full refund if you order online an item which we're unable to export.

Contact us You may wish to email us or call us at 00 44 1225 478400 before ordering. Our phone lines are open Mondays through Saturdays, from 9 AM to 6 PM (UK time). Here in the UK, it's now 3:11 AM on Saturday, 22 November.

Value-added tax We suggest you register (if you're already registered, log in using the log-in form on our home page). When you do, appropriate delivery charges will be shown. Prices include UK value-added tax (VAT), which must be charged on purchases within the EU.

Convert prices to Euros and other currencies All sales are charged in UK pounds sterling. To estimate prices in your currency, use this currency convertor. Of course, the actual price in your currency will be determined by your credit card company at the time of your purchase.

Delivery We'll do everything we can to make delivery of your purchase as smooth as if you'd ordered it from within your country. We usually export orders within three working days. Whenever possible, we'll email you with a tracking number when your order ships. Delivery charges are explained on our delivery and returns page.

Save on import duties Of course, ordering within the EU means you won't pay any import duties or additional VAT.
